I find this quote annoying. Basically the article is saying that exercise alone isn’t going to improve weight loss because you’ll be hungrier and won’t want to exercise the appropriate amount to make up for that.  Ok, lazy people… I think the problem here stems more from not prioritizing the importance of exercise than it does from exercise not being an effective weight loss tool. 

From my own experience, I can say that the weight gain from eating usually evens out after a while and if you continue to exercise you’ll start to loose that weight. As long as you do the recommended daily amount of exercise. I know it will take time from the average of 4 hours a day people spend watching TV or surfing the internet, but, in the long run, it should be worth it.
